Come and enjoy a day of creativity. Many people come to the studio for different reasons. It might be to share an activity with the family, try a new medium, or perhaps have an art party. Whatever your reason we are here to help you every step of the way. Many activities to choose from with not waiting. Let us help you get started. No need for previous experience, you learn as you go. Everything is included in the pricing. You have the fun and we take care of the rest.
 
      
 
MEDIUMS: We carry many of the basic art mediums. You can work in a familiar medium or try something new. We offer help in any way that we can. Some of the mediums we have at present are charcoal, pencil, colored pencil, oil pastels, soft pastels, pen and ink, oil paints, acrylics, watercolors, printmaking and clay. If you need an idea of what to do we can help with that too. Our specialty is finding alternative ways to use the familiar.

DAILY ACTIVITIES: Looking for a great activity for the kids? or perhaps you want ot work on something of your own. Here's your chance to explore, create and just have fun.There are several things to choose from. You have hands on help if you need and we just love to answer questions. No need to schedule a time because anytime is good with us.

 Community Projects: Community involvement is important so we have put together some projects for everyone to have fun with.
 
"Bits and Pieces" for only $1 you can design a puzzle piece in any style you want. It's fun, fast, and easy. The challenge is to see how big of a community we can build at the studio.
 
"Square It Off" for $5 each square you paint a 12" piece of fabric with the design of your choosing. Then the squares will be turned into quilts that will be raffled off. By donating your square for the quilt you will receive 3 free entries into the drawing. If you choose to keep your square for your own use the regular price of $10 will apply. All necessary supplies for both projects are available at the studio and included in the price.
 
Art Contests: Many fun things happening at the studio. Test your skill by entering our contests. Two each year. For a $15 entry fee per contest  you will get:
   February - We challenge you. We pick the idea and you make it your own. The supplies and use of the studio are included in the price. Final projects will be due one week before judging so that we may put them on display. Judging will be done by studio vote. Prizes will be given at the end of that week at our gallery gathering. More info will be posted as the time nears.
   August - You pick the project and the medium. Submit your best work for judging. It can be anything you created. Final projects will be due one week before judging so that we may put them on display. Judging will be done from an outside source. Prizes will be given at the end of that week at a gallery gathering.
